If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. 🐶Please note there is a fee for pets - this requires a thorough pet screening process and more extensive clean for the next guest. All pets are required to pass our screening process prior to approval. 📝We have an exterior camera facing the front of the apartment. Please note: the apartment building has cameras to monitor common areas for resident and guest safety. 🚭No Smoking or Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, hookahs, incense, or any other smoke-or vapor-producing products are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and throughout the entirety of the building. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $1000 smoking remediation fee and may result in termination of the reservation without a refund. DIRECT BOOKING DETAILS 👉🏽 To help protect both our guests and our property, every direct booking includes a custom Online Travel Agency (OTA) reservation for a portion of the stay. This allows both parties to benefit from OTA protection policies for the entire duration of the reservation. The remaining balance of your stay will be paid securely through our direct booking website. We will then provide simple step-by-step instructions for check-in. ⭐️A $250 refundable damage deposit is required for all direct bookings and must be paid before check-in instructions are released. The deposit will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or violations of the house rules that result in additional charges. 📍All guests will be required to provide their full legal name, age, and copy of Government Issued Photo ID prior to reservation being approved. All guests may be subject to additional screening and verification before a reservation is confirmed. We reserve the right to request additional information or decline a booking if our screening requirements are not met.
